JOB OPPORTUNITY: MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Beneficial Returns is seeking an experienced professional to lead our marketing and communications efforts from anywhere in the world. This is a newly created role to complement our expanding business. The Marketing and Communications Manager will ensure we continue to build our reputation, strengthen key relationships with investors, borrowers and partners and share our impact with the world.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that will include:
- Generating informative, inspiring quarterly investor updates for our three impact investment funds;
- Creating and updating digital and print materials for prospective borrowers and investors;
- Launching and managing a LinkedIn campaign targeting the impact investing community;
- Creating annual reports for our three impact funds;
- Building and managing an email database to systematically manage our growing network of stakeholders;
- Recommending appropriate software to cost-effectively and efficiently improve our communications;
- Writing compelling blog posts about our social enterprise borrowers;
- Managing a videographer (contractor) to create short videos;
- Periodically updating three websites;
- Managing international media and communications efforts each time we add new borrowers;
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications in a nonprofit or for-profit setting;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills. Experience designing, developing, and managing websites, marketing collateral (graphic design experience a plus, but not required), and email communications;
- Highly organized, with track record of meeting short- and long-term responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization;
- Outstanding ability to plan, prioritize, and execute with excellent judgment;
- Flexible, collaborative, committed to excellence, and comfortable working from a distance in an entrepreneurial environment;
- Strong connection to Beneficial Returns’ mission;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
